Cat Sitter & Home Care
Setapak Cats House provides dedicated in-home cat sitting services exclusively for cats. We focus on maintaining your cat’s routine, cleanliness, and calm environment so owners can leave home with confidence and peace of mind.
During each visit, we follow your feeding instructions, refill water, scoop the litter box, tidy the cat area, and carry out a basic observation of your cat’s condition. Updates are provided to keep you informed while you are away.
We limit the number of cats per visit to ensure the care is not rushed and every cat receives proper attention. Your cat’s welfare, comfort, and cleanliness remain our priority at all times.

Cat sitter Terms & Conditions
Please review our service terms before confirming your booking. These terms ensure clear understanding, smooth arrangements, and the welfare of your cats during the service period.
Scope of Basic Service
Our cat sitting service includes feeding and water refill according to the owner’s instructions, litter scooping, sweeping the cat area, basic observation of the cat’s condition, and brief updates after each visit.
Packages & Cat Limit
Pricing is based on the selected package and the maximum number of cats per visit, and exceeding the stated number may require an upgraded package or additional charges.
Optional Cleaning
Deep cleaning such as mopping floors or washing litter trays is considered an add-on service, charged at RM50 per hour with a minimum of one hour.
Transportation Charges
Transportation is charged at RM20 for locations within 5km, and for distances beyond 5km, a rate of RM4 per kilometre applies.
Home Access
Owners must ensure clear access arrangements such as keys, guard registration, or access passes, and any delays caused by access issues are not our responsibility.
Cat Supplies
Owners are responsible for providing sufficient food, litter, and necessary supplies throughout the cat sitting period.
Health & Behaviour Disclosure
Owners must inform us if their cat has any medical conditions, is undergoing treatment, or shows aggressive behaviour, and we may refuse or discontinue service if safety is compromised.
Liability & Cancellation
We will care for your cats responsibly but are not liable for illness or injury from pre-existing conditions, and any changes or cancellations must be informed in advance, with last-minute bookings subject to availability.
