Cat Grooming & Spa
At Setapak Cats House, our Cat Grooming & Spa service is designed to keep your cat clean, comfortable, and well cared for — without unnecessary stress. All sessions are handled in a calm, cat-only environment.
We provide grooming for both kittens and adult cats, with essential care such as ear cleaning, nail trimming, bathing, drying, and light detangling. Our groomers work gently and professionally based on your cat’s coat condition and behaviour.
For cats that need extra care, optional spa treatments are available, including flea care, whitening, and coat treatments. Pricing and recommendations will always be explained clearly before any additional service is done.

Grooming Terms & Conditions
To ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of every cat — as well as our groomers — please read the following terms before booking. Setapak Cats House reserves the right to refuse or stop grooming services if these requirements are not met.
Cats must be healthy and stable (no fever, flu, dehydration, or weakness)
Rest at least 7 days after vaccination or flea treatment
No grooming after surgery until fully recovered
Pregnant cats over 4 weeks are not recommended
Nursing cats with kittens under 2 weeks are not recommended
Weight category:
Below 2.9kg = Kitten
3kg+ = Adult
Cats 6kg+ may incur a large-size handling fee
Grooming may be stopped if the cat is aggressive or unsafe to handle
