Setapak Cats House was established in May 2017 and currently operates in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. We are known under our brand as a professional and trusted cat care centre within the local community, providing reliable services for cat owners who value safe and proper care for their pets.

Our services focus on cat boarding, grooming, and daily cat care, supported by consistent communication with owners through regular photo and video updates. Since our establishment, we have experienced positive growth in service bookings, customer ratings, and the number of returning clients.

In 2024, we expanded our services by introducing two new offerings: cat transport service (MeowRides) and in-home cat care (Cat Sitter) at the owner’s residence. These additions were introduced to better support the needs of our customers and provide more complete cat care solutions.
