KittyMove & Cat Transportation
At Setapak Cats House, our KittyMove service is designed to transport your cat safely and comfortably — without unnecessary stress. Every journey is handled in a calm, cat-only environment with careful attention to safety and timing.
We provide transportation for cats from one location to another, such as home to veterinary clinic, grooming, or boarding. Each trip is managed responsibly to ensure your cat remains secure, and communication with the owner is kept clear throughout the process.
For owners who require additional support, optional clinic waiting service is available. Details of charges and services will always be explained clearly before confirmation to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.

Choose a package based on your cat’s age and coat type.
KittyMove local care
Trips within Setapak and surrounding Kuala Lumpur areas (below 20 km).
Trips after 6:00 PM or before 10:00 AM are charged at 2× normal fee.
kittyMove vet assist
Waiting fee: RM50 per hour (normal rate).
Trips after 6:00 PM or before 10:00 AM are charged at 2× normal fee.

KittyMove Terms & Conditions
Service Scope
KittyMove provides transportation for cats only, from one location to another. Examples include trips between home and veterinary clinics, grooming centers, or boarding facilities.
Carrier
Owners are encouraged to provide their own carrier for the cat. If a carrier is not available, a rental carrier can be provided at RM5 per use. All carriers will be cleaned and sanitized after every use to ensure hygiene and safety.
Travel Charges
Travel charges are based on the one-way distance. For trips below 5km, the fee is RM20. For trips above 5km, the rate is RM4 per km.
Clinic Waiting (Optional)
Waiting charges apply only if the owner requests full accompaniment during treatment. The rate is RM50 per hour, with a minimum of one hour. This includes a written summary and a brief consultation. If video recording is not allowed, only a written summary will be provided.
Pickup / Drop-off Only
No waiting charges apply for pickup or drop-off services only.
Owner Delay
A charge of RM10 per 30 minutes applies for late pickup or drop-off. This fee covers the time and any impact on other scheduled bookings.
Health & Safety
Owners must inform KittyMove about the cat’s health condition, such as aggressive behavior or infectious illness. We reserve the right to refuse service if the cat is in a high-risk condition without prior notice.
Liability
We will handle the cat carefully and ethically. However, we are not responsible for any health complications that arise from the cat’s pre-existing condition.
